Our factory is one of the main manufacturers specializing in the production of prestressed steel in China. The main products are steel wire and steel strand for prestressed concrete. At present, according to the requirements of customers at home and abroad, the company produces prestressed spiral rib steel wire, cold drawn steel wire and smooth round steel wire with a diameter of 4.0mm-11.0mm according to various standards (GB / T5223-2014, ASTMA421-16, BS5896-2012, JIS3536, GB / T5224-2014 and AST,A416-16), with an annual production capacity of 100000 tons; The main product specifications of steel strand for prestressed concrete are 9.5mm-17.8mm in diameter, and the annual production capacity is 200000 tons. It is equipped with 100kN, 300KN, 600kN, 1000KN tensile testing machine, relaxation testing machine, bending testing machine, torsion testing machine and other testing equipment. It has skilled testing skills and strictly controls the product quality.
